This is Jason, our new Krav Instructor. He has many years of experience in various martial arts and fighting systems. He has a black belt in Krav Maga. He will be teaching on Tuesday for Sparring class at 5:15 PM and Level 2 on Wednesday at 6:15 PM. We are very pleased to have him at our school.

Any belt test is not an easy task. You go through 2-3 hours of nonstop work. The way most belt tests occur is by going through all the techniques and repeating each technique 4-5 times so that the instructor can evaluate your performance. When you get a chance, congratulate all those who passed their yellow belt tests. It took time and dedication to get to where they are now. Passing the yellow belt test should be a door opening for all of you. It is your time to learn more advanced techniques and also your time to pass the information you've learned to those that are trying to get to where you are today. With this accomplishment now come responsibilities to the newer people and especially for yourself.

For those who are taking their belt tests today, I wish you the best of luck. You're hard work and dedication will truly show.
